Yesterday, I noticed Judge April Van Dyke in Courtroom 2. The misdemeanor calendar is usually in Courtroom 2 and arraignments in the afternoon. I believe she will return to family tomorrow.
Commissioner Sarah Kaber is handling two courtrooms, small claims and family law.
Since former Humboldt Superior Court Judge Joyce Hinrichs retired, a Visiting or Retired Judge is usually in Courtroom 2.
