DA subpoenas records from Coalinga State Hospital; Judge Cockrum signs order to produce SVP Richard Stobaugh for July hearings via Zoom

 

The DA's office filed a subpoena yesterday for records regarding sexually violent predator Richard Stobaugh from Coalinga State Hospital.

Today, Judge Kaleb Cockrum signed an order to produce Stobaugh via Zoom for the 7/8 evidentiary hearing and 7/14 placement hearing.
