Repairs, potholes and who should pay are issues raised in a lawsuit filed by Michael Mangahas against neighbor Roy Gomez

 

On 6/11, there was a hearing in a small claims case filed by Michael Mangahas against Roy Gomez. They are neighbors. 

I sat in for part of the hearing and watched Mangahas testify. His testimony covered what is included in the court documents I have provided. Court minutes state, "this matter contains competing claims."

Repairs, potholes and who should pay will be determined by Commissioner Sarah Kaber. She took the matter under submission and will issue a written ruling. 

I saw Gomez exit the Courthouse after the hearing. Based on his demeanor and physical mannerisms, he was angry and frustrated. The screenshots above are about another lawsuit I covered involving Gomez. Commissioner Kaber ruled against Gomez.
