On 8/2, I checked to see if the arraignment date for John Provolt's sex abuse had been fixed. I confirmed with the DA's office the same information that was in e court and that the matter was off calendar.
In e court, there was an arrest warrant issued on 8/1 which did not show up on the systems until 8/2. I confirmed that Provolt tried to surrender at the jail on 8/1 Thursday but because the warrant was not in the systems, he could not so now he will have to go back.Provolt was booked into jail on the arrest warrant on 8/3. He posted bond. On 8/15, arraignment date of 9/16 was finally entered in e court.
