John Provolt should be thanking Ms. Andrea Sullivan with a bonus payment. Raymond Bacon should thank Mr. Dustin Owens with a bonus payment. All parties in the Provolt Bacon family law case should thank Presiding Judge Kelly Neel.
All that drama in family law and immature attacking each other mitigated by clear, precise rulings by Judge Neel. She is very fair. I have watched her in criminal, civil and family law cases.
Bacon and Provolt criminal cases were my focus. I did some coverage of the family law cases and am not following up on the family law cases anymore unless there is newsworthy development. No charges have been filed yet in Provolt's 2024 arrest for alleged charges sex abuse. I will follow up on that case if charges are filed or if I am informed the DA rejects the report for the 2024 arrest. I already reported that the Humboldt County District Attorney's office rejected the police report and no charges have been filed for Bacon' April 2024 arrest.
