Aaron Hooven is back in custody, this time for domestic battery, brandishing a weapon and resisting arrest

 

Aaron Chris Hooven was arrested yesterday by HCSO on two misdemeanor charges, PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery domestic battery and PC 417(a) (1) brandishing a weapon or firearm and PC 148 (a) (1) resisting arrest.

I have covered Hooven before. I covered his 2018 arrest, case and he was sentenced in 2019.

6/25: Hooven arraigned, bail set at $25,000 by Visiting Judge Ksenia Tsenin, Public Defender appointed, criminal protective order filed and served. OR bail on 6/27; trial confirmation on 7/3 and jury trial  7/15. Hooven is a repeat offender and I am not going to be posting on every hearing.
