Three counts of attempted murder, three counts of assault, HCSO Deputy Esget is the listed victim for two counts

 

James Pawlyk's actions and crimes continue to escalate. In his 2024 case, he is charged with three counts of attempted murder and three counts of assault and the alleged victim for two of those charges is HCSO Deputy Hal Esget who was doing his job. 

I told you in the May 30 post when he was arrested again the cycle would repeat and it did. James Pawlyk refused to come to court for arraignment scheduled for 5/31. On 6/3, the Public Defender's office declared doubt and criminal proceedings suspended. Doctor's report due on 7/2. 

7/2: Found not competent to stand trial; placement hearing on 7/22.

7/22: Confirmation of transport scheduled for 8/15.
