Despite the DA's objection, again, the case of perpetual continuance and alleged assault is rescheduled

Intervention for assault suspect Aaron Hooven was scheduled for June 20; it was continued to this afternoon.



Over the objection of the District Attorney's Office, the preliminary hearing for June 25 was vacated. Setting for preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8.
