Receipt of Dr. Katy Wilson's report was scheduled on June 12 in Hugo Parral-Aguirre's case. Aguirre was found not competent to stand trial.
CONREP and medical evaluation scheduled for July 11.
Aguirre is charged with attempted murder of Deputy Rosalie Freixas; attempted murder of Carol Fuentes; false imprisonment of Courtney Schlapicohl and assault with a firearm on Sgt. Greg Musson.

Baloney! He illegally snuck into California as an illegal, came to Ferndale and got a job on a dairy/ ranch, lived and feed himself every day, Had the conscience to attempt to kill a Sheriff officer and then flee the scene.
