Attempted murder suspect Matthew Ramsey had intervention scheduled on June 25. Preliminary hearing scheduled for today was confirmed with a time estimate of three hours.
The hearing was continued to July 2 due to courtroom unavailibilty.
The arrest was a result of shots fired on December 3, 2018 in Arcata in the vicinity of Heather Lane. Alleged victim is Joshua Spaulding.
