High risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn gets mixed result today

High risk parolee, peeping Tom and convicted sex offender Charles Flinn waived his preliminary hearing today for his felony sex offense case. He was not held to answer on a robbery charge in a second case. His parole violation case is "trailing."

Deputy District Attorney Whitney Timm handled the preliminary hearings. Mr. Joe Judge is Flinn's attorney. Judge Kelly Neel presided over the preliminary hearings.

Flinn has traded in his "tache" for a clean shaven look.
