Defense to file motion to continue Chad Smith's third jury trial

This morning trial confirmation was scheduled for Chad Smith's third jury trial? Ms. Jennifer Dixon "specially appeared" for Smith's attorney Ms. Andrea Sullivan.

Trial confirmation was continued to 6/14. Defense is filing a motion to continue the jury trial, currently scheduled for June 24. I reported recently that the defense filed for funding.



Update: No objection by the People. Motion to continue granted. Trial setting scheduled for 6/27.
