State Attorney General seeks to restrict Edward Pena's license as a therapist



State Attorney's General's motion to restrict Edward Pena Jr.'s license as a therapist, pending criminal proceedings, was already continued once by stipulation. It was continued again this morning.

On June 3, a criminal protective order was served on Pena. He was arraigned on June 3 on the following charges:



Pena was arrested on May 30 and booked for assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, child cruelty, false imprisonment, felony vandalism, evading a peace officer, burglary, criminal threats and driving under the influence.
