According to one of members of the group, one protestor was arrested as he chained himself to the "occupied tree." Four others who blocked the gate were detained but were not arrested. According to one of the Save the Rainbow Ridge members outside on 5th street, the protestorwho chained himself to the tree was just brought to the jail. They are here to support their friend and fellow activist.
One protestor was arrested yesterday by Humboldt Redwood security, then Sheriff's office took custody. HCSO PIO confirmed today's arrest. I will update with booking photos and more information.
No other media here,I got a tip. I am sure some Previous coverage was when Michael Evenson and others were arrested.
