After the hung jury verdict, Chad Smith is back to being obnoxious, argumentative and ungrateful

Chad Smith's second jury trial resulted in a hung jury. The District Attorney's Office is ready to try the case for the third time.

Instead of being grateful that he was court appointed an excellent private attorney or being thankful that it was because of Ms. Andrea Sullivan's work on his case,  there was a hung jury, he gives her attitude.

No one else was in the audience in the courtroom while we waited for Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Ms. Sullivan was speaking with Smith privately about something.  He was the only one being loud and I heard him say hung jury to Ms. Sullivan several times.  He complained about being in custody for two years and that he didn't give a damn about her schedule. No one is beating down the door to post his bail.

Smith might want to adjust his attitude because he is not scot free. He could get convicted after a third trial or he may have to take a plea. Perhaps he needs to remember where Cory Fisher is or where Seng Yang is headed.
