Yesterday, I left the courthouse a few minutes before 5 p.m. The paper agenda had not been posted. This morning, if you subscribe to the County lists, you would have received the following email.
Except for Kent Sawatzky who will speak his full 3 minutes on most of the 💤 boring and routine items, the rest of us have better and more productive things to do on Tuesday. Closed session has three existing lawsuits including the one I reported on about the Yurok Indian Housing Authority suing the County over property in Mckinleyville.
