In latest filings in Kreis' divorce case, ex wife claims he owes her thousands, is behind in spousal support and she is forced to spend limited assets to meet expenses

(Elvine)

There is a Judicial Settlement Conference scheduled on 8/26 in Kreis' divorce case. Since my August 6 post, both Gregory Kreis and ex wife Brenda Elvine filed some documents. From the address, I see Kreis is still living with Humboldt Superior Court's Tanya Ellis or is it Tanya Kreis. Those in the know around the court water cooler insist they got married. Boo, fiance, wife whatever Ellis' current relationship status is with Kreis; they are "together." Why didn',t Kreis use his new CA state bar email on this filing?

(Kreis and Ellis)

Spousal support continues to be the bone of contention. Elvine's lawyer alleges in his filing Kreis under stipulation and order of regarding tax debt filed on May 12, 2023 with several amounts and credit applied. For example e (iii) $50,000 owed to Elvine with credit of $821.54. I have some documents from court records but am not going through all those right now. Another claim on page 3 says last support payment from Kreis was on June 2024 and Kreis is two months behind in support  Elvine is forced to spend limited assets to meet her expenses. On page 4, thank you to Elvine and lawyer for calling out some blunt facts about Kreis and while he did receive other coverage after the CJP proceedings, I will take the nod included of my extensive coverage of him for years and the Cuevas case mentioned. I see you read my August 6 post and finally put some teeth in your filing. Mr. Lederman, you are no Joan Gallegos or Rory Hanson and I understand why Elvine couldn't hire them and that they would probably not represent her.

All those people, especially men, who were "judged" by former, ousted Kreis;  I included these  court records  especially for you.

I know something else I was told about Kreis this week but it is more "tea" and tangentially relevant so interesting as it is; unless I get more information that makes it newsworthy, it does not belong on the blog.

If you are not a regular reader of the blog and have not followed my Kreis coverage which includes his family law case, read the two posts linked below and you will get caught up.
