California Housing Defense sent a letter to the City of Eureka today about potential legal and financial consequences of Measure F

 

An anonymous source sent me a copy of a letter Cal HDF sent to the city of Eureka today, "outlining the legal consequences of Measure F. "

The source agrees with others who have written to me "that the closure and lack of maintenance of the parking lot at 5th and K is petty and obnoxious to surrounding businesses" but believes "the serious legal and financial consequences of Measure F, as well as the lies and corruption around it, are more urgent matters" which should be the "focus."

It is sad that this source is in fear of retaliation but it is a valid concern. I use my name and I provide a voice and coverage for news others do not report. It has cost me everything including a roof over my head.
