Edward Brinson has a history of screwing up and if he messes up the plea deal Ms. Andrea Sullivan got him for his 2024 and 2022 cases, then he has only one person to blame; himself.
On 8/29, Brinson resolved both his cases. Court minutes have details on his pleas. Sentencing is on 10/2. Deputy DA Brandon Boozari is the prosecutor who negotiated the deal on both cases.
When Brinson was arrested by EPD in June 2024 on his outstanding warrant, items were seized. After determing there was no evidentiary value, the property was returned to the rightful owner by EPD. I have added those court documents.
