Retired Supreme Court Justice Breyer responds to a question by former Humboldt Deputy DA Allan Dollison on Supreme Court, presidential immunity and the Constitution

Last night, Supreme Court, presidential immunity and the Constitution came up in the first 2024 Presidential debate.

Depending on how partisan you are, your view of the debate may be different but if you watched with an open mind, it was clear that Vice President Kamala Harris who was California's former attorney general and a prosecutor owned the convicted felon who thinks he is above the law. Like most narcissists, Donald Trump will continue his denial and deflect responsibility.

While doing some research, I came across a You Tube clip and contacted Mr. Dollison. He shared an interesting fact. "Justice Breyer (along with his Brother Charles and their father before them) is a licensed California Attorney."

VP Harris is from California. Retired Justice Breyer is from California. Mr. Dollison is from California. As someone who has dedicated my life, especially for the last 10 years to justice, freedom and truth and holding people who abuse power accountable; I know what it is like to be targeted by narcissistic, out of control abusers. The stakes in this election are high. Not everyone is worthy of wearing a robe or being President. Conduct and character matters.

You can watch Retired Justice Breyer's entire interview including the question Mr. Dollison asked on You Tube.

"So two months ago (May of 2024) I went to a live event in Los Angeles that featured Supreme Court Justice (Ret.) Stephen Breyer," said Mr. Dollison. "You were allowed to submit questions and mine was asked of him."

"Fast Forward to 1:01:15 mark to hear my question asked (a few seconds after that). The event organizer asks the question but identifies me by my first name."

Mr. Dollision contacted Retired Justice Breyer via email. "In response I got this beautiful personal card signed by the Justice. I immediately framed it. The event also included an Autographed Book."

I am not going to post that personal correspondence on the blog but feel privileged that Mr. Dollison shared it with me and trusted me.
