Thomas Lynn Lema was arrested by Eureka Police Department this morning for PC 273.5(a), corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant.
Lema was arraigned on 1/3; Public Defender was appointed and protective order was filed and served in court. On 1/5, at his OR/bail hearing, Lema was granted supervised release by Retired Judge Marilyn Miles.
On 1/5 OR/bail supervised release granted by Judge Miles. Trial confirmation is on 1/17; jury trial is on 1/22.
