People do not waive their right to a jury trial in David Anderson case

 


The People did not waive their right to a jury trial in convicted human trafficker David Anderson's case. As expected, jury trial was reset for January 19.

District Attorney Maggie Fleming appeared for the People. Deputy DA Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. 

Mr. Michael Acosta waived Anderson's appearance in court today.
