I reported on January 4 that Dominion was suing Sidney Powell.
Dominion filed the defamation lawsuit in federal court in the District of Columbia an the claims are for $1,303,470,000.
Dominion CEO John Poulos said, "Today is the first step to restore our good name and faith in elections by holding those responsible to account."
Dominion attorney Thomas Clare, said in a statement he has “never seen clearer and more convincing evidence of actual malice” than Powell’s in his decades of practice as a defamation lawyer.
Dominion has previously said they would sue Trump. According to an article by Law and Crime, Dominion did not indicate more about possible lawsuits they are considering against Trump, Lin Wood, Fox News, One America News Network, Newsmax, the Epoch Times, Rudy Giuliani and Mellisa Carone.
