At trial confirmation for Brian Daniels on November 17, defense requested another continuance. Jury trial for January 4 was vacated.
Deputy Conflict Counsel R.J. Leohner is Daniel's attorney. Once again, Daniels was not in court. He is out of custody.
January 20 and February 8 are the next court date for all his four cases.
1/20/21 update: Another continuance to February 5. Daniels ordered to appear for the hearing.
