Still no comment from the City of Eureka regarding Dean Lotter

I asked the City of Eureka three questions on May 1 after the press release about Eureka City Manager Dean Lotter being on administrative leave.

1. Is Dean Lotter on indefinite admin leave?

2. Will there be any information released in the future regarding this atypical action when Lotter has only been on the job for 4 months?

3. Was Dean Lotter terminated by the city council this past Monday?

I followed up with Acting City Manager Pam Powell today.

"As our press release indicated the City of Eureka will not be providing further comment at this time.  Thank you."
