Brandon Mitchell was on calendar the last time with two other co-defendants for a restitution hearing. That hearing got continued to June 4.
Mitchell ended up on the calendar by himself today. He is in state prison. His attorney, Ms. Andrea Sullivan appeared on his behalf today. After some checking, it was all sorted out and the June 4 date remains.
Court staff is working hard but there have been challenges to getting copies to attorneys, calendaring of dates because nothing is the "usual" with changes due to the pandemic.
