Patrick Holt gets 12 years in prison with restitution to Ayers Construction




Patrick Holt pleaded guilty at the last hearing on two cases for a 10 year minimum and 14 year cap.   Judge Wilson sentenced him to 12 years in prison with restitution to Ayers Construction and Firearm to be returned to Mr. Ayers.



Case 1: Possession of a controlled substance with a firearm and felony in possession of a firearm.  AND

Case 2: 2nd degree burg and stealing vehicle from Ayers Construction with an enhancement for committing this crime while out on bail.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward said Holt's sentence is doubled because of a prior strike felony.
