Danny Waters charged with attempted murder, criminal threats and assault with a firearm

Danny Waters is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon on three counts. Count 1 is attempted murder, victim Donald Waters. Count 2 Criminal threats resulting in great bodily injury or death, victim Patricia Waters. Count 3 Assault with a firearm, victim Donald Waters.
