Police report filed about Frankie Sutton allegedly posing as a Mercer Fraser employee

"PSA: If you see this shady guy and/or pick-up around Fortuna or Humboldt please call Fortuna PD immediately at (707) 725-7550!"

"He has been going all over Northern California posing as a Mercer-Fraser employee, charging hotel rooms, tires and wheels, and now a sizable sum of merchandise at Fortuna Ace Hardware all to Mercer-Fraser."

"He knows just enough info about the company to sound believable as an employee. He has also tried to scam several people out of home rentals and car trailers and who knows what else. He sometimes claims to be working in the valley in the areas where the fires went through or his family has been displaced by the fires.  "

"His name is Frankie Sutton. His tattoos are very distinct and noticeable. He has NEVER been an employee of Mercer-Fraser or associated with the company. A police report has been filed with Fortuna PD as well as a few other Northern California law enforcement agencies."
