Markis Shirley arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday and booked for
PC3000.08(c) violation of parole. He is on a no bail hold now.
Shirley was on a no bail hold prior to this; he was released on OR. He has a change of plea scheduled for February 14. That plea was scheduled despite an arrest and now he is arrested , again.
On February 6, he was released again, put back on probation.
As my last post said, why should Shirley follow the law when there are no consequences? If you are not familiar with Shirley, read the last post.
