Murder suspect Maxx Robison's jury trial scheduled for January 14 was vacated. Trial setting on January 18.
Robison's attorney Mr. Russ Clanton is currently in jury trial. He made an oral motion to continue at trial assignment today. There was no objection by the People. The motion was granted by Retired Judge John Feeney.
Robison is charged with the murder of Rhianna Mckenzie and attempted murder of Elisha Mansell.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case.
