J.D. Grow's jury trial confirmed but further trial confirmation requested by defense

Trial confirmation for J.D. Grow was continued to January 9. Jury trial is scheduled for January 21.

"At this time we confirm," said Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin. However, he asked for further trial confirmation which is scheduled for January 16.

Grow is charged with Count 1 PC 288  (c) 1. Lewd act upon a child.

Counts 2-5 PC 30600 Manufacture/Assault Weapon.
