Confirmation of counsel and setting of preliminary hearing was scheduled for murder suspect Brandon Watson on January 24.
Ms. Andrea Sullivan was appointed as Watson's attorney. He entered a waiver for both the 10 and 60 day today.
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham was not in court and Ms. Sullivan had to be in court for a jury trial so motion to amend complaint and setting of preliminary hearing until 3 p.m. The complaint was given to Ms. Sullivan at 3 p.m. but the ruling was continued to tomorrow at 2 p.m.
