Setting to schedule the preliminary hearing for alleged sexual batterer Ralph Horn was scheduled this morning. Dates were not set today; another setting is scheduled for October 24.
Horn is charged with three counts of sexual battery by restraint. Today, the District Attorney filed an amended complaint.
