Cloture vote on Brett Kavanaugh nomination passes, 51-49

The votes to invoke cloture do not indicate  the decision of  the four "swing vote " Senators on the confirmation vote.

This morning,  Senators Susan Collins, (R-Maine) Jeff Flake ( R-Ariz) and Joe Manchin. (D-West Virginia) voted yes to invoke cloture. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) voted no.
