Charles Cole had disposition and reset scheduled for July 16 for one of his two 2016 cases. The other case was on for trial confirmation and motion to advance jury trial. Deputy. DA's motion to advance jury trial was granted.
Cole was transferred back in June from the state hospital and criminal proceedings have been reinstated.
