Receipt of CONREP report for Kimberly Felder was scheduled for July 10; it was continued to the 17th since no report was received. At the last court hearing, Felder was found not guilty by reason of insanity.
At a previous hearing, Felder entered a no contest plea to attempted murder and the special allegation of inflicting great bodily injury. The victim is her daughter.
District Attorney Maggie Fleming was present for the People. Public Defender Marek Reavis is representing Felder.
