More than two years later, still no preliminary hearing for murder suspect Richard Dean

Setting for Richard Dean's preliminary and hearing regarding doctor's reports was scheduled for April 11. Continued to May 16.



Dean, from Hoopa, is charged with the murder. He allegedly stabbed a 52 year old man in Arcata.

The defense requested that a third doctor evaluate Dean at the last court hearing.
