Cortez Little, wanted in Tennessee and arrested in Humboldt had intervention scheduled on April 16. It was continued to April17.
Public Defender declared conflict yesterday and Conflict Counsel's appointed.
An identity hearing and preliminary hearing scheduled for April 18 was confirmed.
