Charlie Kangas will be arraigned on information tomorrow morning.
These are the same charges as the original complaint. Kangas waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
The defense had made an offer to resolve the case at the last hearing. The DA's office was agreeable to the offer.
Kangas wanted time to talk to his father and the DA's office wanted to talk to the alleged victims.
Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is representing Kangas.
