This morning, Jon Goldberg's case is scheduled to discuss an entry of an arbuckle waiver.
Sentencing is currently set for May 11.
The Public Defender filed a motion to continue sentencing on April 6. That motion is also scheduled to be heard this morning.

"Arbuckle is a case that states a preference to have the sentence imposed by the same judge that took the plea and/or verdict. It usually comes up as an "Arbuckle waiver", in which the defendant agrees that any judge can sentence him/her, whether or not that judge took the plea/verdict."
