1.5 million bail for homeless man who stabbed a father in the neck while his 5 year old daughter was sitting in his lap

Jamal Jackson stabbed Anthony Mele in the neck at a Aloha steakhouse.



Jackson, a homeless man, attacked Mele in a crowded restaurant while Mele's five year old daughter was sitting in his lap.

Jackson is in Ventura County jail. Bail is currently $1.5 million.
