Local realtor Randall Cook gets his felony reduced to a misdemeanor and criminal record is expunged

Local realtor Randall Miles Cook's felony was reduced to a misdemeanor. This is allowed under Penal Code 17 (b).



Cook, who was originally charged with more serious charges of molesting his own granddaughter pleaded guilty to a lesser charge in 2013 before his preliminary hearing.

Today, his caseto expunge his criminal record under PC 1203.4 was granted.

As the minutes indicate, Cook's attorney is Mr. Michael Robinson. Mr. Lawrence Killoran, with the same law firm has appeared for some court hearings on behalf of Mr. Robinson.
