Trial confirmation for murder suspect Maxx Robison was continued for a week as defense is waiting for a report from an expert. Further trial confirmation is scheduled for May 2. Jury trial is scheduled for May 14.
The case resulted from an incident near the McCullens motel in Eureka and resulted in the death of Rhianna Mckenzie.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin is representing Robison.
