Cortez Little had an identity hearing and his preliminary hearing scheduled this morning.
Deputy District Attorney Whitney Barnes made an oral motion to continue the hearings until April 19. Over the objection of Conflict Counsel Supervising Attorney Meagan O'Connell, Visiting Judge Douglas Mewhinney granted the motion.
