Mercer Fraser withdrew the permit and rezone for the Glendale permit yesterday evening.



I just spoke with Fifth District Supervisor RyanSundberg, "We have worked very hard to address the community concerns, and as a result Mercer-Fraser has decided to withdraw the Cannabis permit and the Re-Zone. I want to thank the company for a successful conclusion."
