Already found not competent to stand trial once, went to Napa state, returned, now declared not competent, again

Dylan Wilson's case would have resolved at the last hearing. In the middle of completing his plea form, there was an outburst in court from a man, "Dylan, don't do it!"

Several conversations between Wilson's two family members, Deputy Public Defender Luke Brownfield and Wilson, Dr. Ramirez was court ordered to evaluate Wilson again.

Wilson has already been to Napa State, had competency restored. Criminal proceedings are suspended, again.

Wilson is charged with two felonies. Count 1 Forcible Lewd  Act Upon a Child and Count 2 Assault with intent to commit a felony on a victim under 18; " intent to commit rape, sodomy and oral copulation" is alleged in the complaint.

Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting the case.

CONREP recommendation and medical evaluation scheduled for May 16.
