Desiree Henley was arrested by Eureka Police Department on Friday, April 20 for alleged violation of PC1203.2(a)(1), violation of probation PC273.5 and child endangerment.
She just received three years formal probation for aiding and abetting in the Blue Heron Fire on April 17.
Henley was arraigned for violation of probation. No bail allowed. Intervention for violation of probation (in her 2017) case is scheduled on 5/9. Probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 5/14.
