Two days before former Correctional Deputy Cory Fisher's intervention hearing, Conflict Counsel filed a motion for an in camera review of documents and a modification of the gag order in the case.
That motion is currently set to be heard for May 10.
Fisher is charged with alleged sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior. There are six different John Does for various charges.
I had checked on this case yesterday afternoon so it must have been a late filing. Now, the file is already been sent up to the Judge for tomorrow.
