Trial setting for Michael Grant's attempted murder case and order to show contempt filed previously by Grant's attorney, Mr. Neal Sanders, was scheduled for April 24.
The attempted murder case is from an incident in June 2017 on Wabash Avenue.
Order to show contempt was withdrawn. Status of subpoenaed documents to be addressed on May 16.
Trial confirmation on July 17. Jury trial on July 30. Deputy District Attorney Candace Myers is prosecuting the case.
Both of Michael Grant's cases were on calendar. Pre trial is set on May 16 for his other case. Trial confirmation and jury trial dates are the same.
